I wrote this song in Sri Lanka, it was about a Black Jack Dealer named Suzi, that I met in Reno. We had just a few hours together prior to my deployment over seas the following day...
Suzi, where you been, Suzi where'd you go...You dealt the cards I doubled down, I could see the hand you held in this sleepy little town, you were standing there with long blonde hair, my one-eyed jack against your hidden little pair...Suzi come on home...A world apart we're always on the phone, the sweetest kiss I think I have ever known, when you held my hand you melt me down you said San Francisco was where you want to settle down..Suzi come on home oh Suzi come on home girl...I think about you all the time, I think about you, you're always on my mind, my spirit loves you but I don't know why, I dream about you and it makes me cry...
